The 7-day free trial
Every new SafePlay account can start a 7-day free trial with no charge and no card required. During the trial you get:
- One personally requested new video up to 20 minutes
- Full access to every video in the cached SafePlay catalog
- One request processing at a time
- Mute or bleep modes and custom word filters
We'll email you before the trial ends. You will not be charged automatically. After expiration, your first processed video remains available to rewatch; the rest of the catalog and all new requests remain locked until you subscribe.
Subscribing and cancelling
Open Billing after the trial to choose Individual for $12.99/month or Family for $24.99/month. Paid subscribers can securely manage payment methods, invoices, or cancellation through Stripe and the billing page. A canceled paid subscription keeps access through its current billing period.
Choose your plan
Individual includes one profile and 15 hours of new-video processing each month. Family includes up to five profiles and 30 shared hours; it also works well for one person who needs more processing. Videos already in the SafePlay library do not use either allowance. Taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
Active subscribers can add 10 permanent processing hours for $7.99. Purchased time never expires, is used only after monthly included time, and remains on the account if a subscription pauses. For Family, only the owner can buy it and the whole household shares it.
Refunds
Reach out via support if you have a billing issue and we'll make it right. A completely unused processing pack may be refunded within 14 days. Once any of its time has been used, partial refunds are not offered except where required by law.
